These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in any prize competition (“Competition”) operated by [Calendar Competitions] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enter.
1.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older and permanently resident in the United Kingdom.
1.2 We reserve the right to request identity documents, including proof of age, proof of address, and any other evidence required to confirm eligibility.
1.3 Entries made on behalf of another person, or entries purchased or transferred between individuals, are strictly prohibited.
1.4 If an entrant provides false information, the entry will be void, and any prize awarded will be revoked.
2.1 All Competitions run by us are skill-based prize competitions, not lotteries or games of chance.
2.2 Entrants must correctly answer a skill-based question to qualify.
2.3 Incorrect answers result in immediate disqualification and the entry will not be included in the draw.
2.4 The skill question must be answered by the entrant personally.
3.1 All entries are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in Section 8.
3.2 Duplicate accounts or attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, payment methods, or any automated systems will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
3.3 We reserve the right to block or remove entries that appear suspicious, automated, fraudulent, or manipulative.

4.2 We may extend or shorten the Competition window if required for fairness, legal compliance, or technical reasons.
4.3 We may suspend or pause a Competition in the event of website outages, payment failures, or other operational issues.
5.1 Only valid entries with correct skill-based answers will be entered into the draw.
5.2 The draw will be conducted using a randomised computer process or independent third-party draw system to ensure fairness.
5.3 Where legally required, the draw may be conducted live or recorded for transparency.
5.4 Our decision on all matters relating to the draw and winners is final and binding.
6.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
6.2 The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of the prize.
6.3 If a winner forfeits the prize, we reserve the right to:

7.2 We have up to 30 days from the date of winner confirmation to supply, deliver or arrange the prize.
7.3 If a prize becomes unavailable due to supply issues, price changes, manufacturer delays, or circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
7.4 Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be refunded.

8.2 If the threshold is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the Competition.
8.3 In the event of cancellation, we will issue a partial refund, calculated based on costs and expenses already incurred.
8.4 Refunds (partial or full) may take up to 7–14 business days to process.
8.5 We are not responsible for charges applied by your bank, card provider, or payment platform.

10.2 We may request a photo, testimonial, or short video after prize delivery for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
